Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 60-day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60-day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn (apart from trying on)
  • Box/packaging must be included (promotional items not included)
  • Attach a note with your order number and the exchange/refund you are requesting 
  • IMPORTANT - Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
  • For exchanges, you will need to pay for the shipping of the new item back to you. Once the return package is received and processed, we will pack your exchange and contact you to arrange payment for your preferred shipping method
  • PLEASE NOTE - Earrings that have been worn or tried on will not be eligible for a refund or exchange
  • DO NOT include a pre-paid return label with your package. We use our courier to ship all returns.
  • DO NOT select signature on delivery, as our warehouse has a drop box for parcels. 

Size Swap/Exchange

You may exchange your purchase within 60 days of the items arriving. We understand that occasionally, customers may select the wrong size. We put as much information in the product description as well as reference the pictured model’s sizing and encourage customers to measure their neck/ wrist or ring size before ordering. If you want to ask about the best sizing you can also reach out to us via email orders@statementcollective.com or DM our Instagram. Please note that all items must be unworn with original packaging to receive an exchange.

Refunds

You can return your item(s) for a refund. Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging to receive an exchange. Once the package has been received, it will be processed for a refund. Note, we do not refund shipping costs; the cost of the item will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.

Buy one get one free offers - Both items must be returned for a full refund, or a 50% refund will be applied, less a 10% restocking fee.

Faulty/ damaged items

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact orders@statementcollective.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Frequently Asked Questions

If I bought the jewelry as a gift, can the 60-day return period be extended?

Yes, for gifts we understand you may buy it ahead of time before giving it to them. We’re happy to extend the returning period for gift orders.

I forgot to leave a note in the package. What should I do?

This does make it hard for us because when we get parcels coming in, it’s best if we can open the package and have the instructions there ready to action. If we need to look you up and can’t find your order number or email address, it will be difficult for us to contact you.

If you do happen to forget this part, please email orders@statementcollective.com to let us know. Please include the full name you used on the order and what you put on the shipping label, and let us know what your exchange request is. 

Do you give prepaid labels for returns?

No, we don’t. Customers are responsible for returning the items to us. We’re only a small team and don’t have the facility to provide prepaid labels, but we still want customers to be able to exchange their jewelry if they need to get a different size. Please ship the items back to us with all the information listed, and we will process them when they arrive.

How long does it take to exchange an order?

Once we receive the package, we will usually process it within a week and email you with a shipping invoice, please keep an eye out for the email with the shipping fee, once that is paid we will ship the new size back out to you.
